Important Information

Please see below for some important information to review before purchasing

Delivery

UK Delivery: Delivery around the UK is free, and will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class. Most customers receive their orders within 2-3 working days, but please allow for up to 7 at the moment as there is a large strain on the Royal Mail due to COVID-19.

Rest Of The World Delivery: For delivery outside of the UK, a standard charge of £5 will be added to your order. Delivery times will vary, however some of our customers within the EU have received their order within 3-5 working days. Please allow for longer due to potential delays caused by COVID-19.

Refunds/Returns

We hope you absolutely love the items that you give a new home - however if something isn't right, please drop me an email or message on live chat and we can arrange for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, but will be happy to arrange a refund if the product is faulty.

Allergies

Although we try our hardest to ensure our products are as safe as possible, and sanitize everything before packaging, we cannot always guarantee that our products are completely allergy free. For example, it is difficult to 100% guarantee that our necklace chains or wire won't contain traces of nickel. If you have any concerns, please get in touch and we can see what's suitable.

Care For Your Jewellery

If your sea-glass jewellery is crystal clear (some prefer the cloudy look!), you may find over time it starts to become cloudy/misty and lose it's shine. This is because sea-glass has spent a lot of time in salt water and on sand/in sun, and absorbs the salt water. A quick way to bring shine back to your sea-glass jewellery is to rub a tiny bit of baby oil or olive oil onto the glass, and leave to dry for an hour or so. This will dissolve the cloudiness and also lock in some moisture into your sea-glass, meaning the shine stays for longer.

For clay jewellery, it is best to keep this away from direct sources of high heat (e.g. fires or radiators/heators), as this can cause the varnish used to seal the paint to become tacky/sticky.
